 HOTEL COST:      $75.00 a night for single occupancy, $80.00 for double occupancy (has one bed) $100.00 for a 2 bed room, $110.00 for triple occupancy, $120.00 for quad occupancy, and +$10.00 charge for pool side upgrade requests. (One breakfast ticket will be provided per day for each person registered in the room). All rooms have microwave and refrigerator.. 

 

                                         

 

Payment due by the start of the conference (Reimbursements will be given for cancellations made a minimum of 15 days prior to the first day of the conference. There will be a $50.00 late fee charged for accounts not paid 30 days from the last day of the conference, unless a signed purchase order is on file at the time of the conference)
